💃 Main Training Program

  • The Body as an Instrument (1h)
    - Understanding the architecture of the body (center, grounding, weight transfer).
    - How to consciously engage the whole body in movement.
    - Advanced connection mechanics in partnerwork (pressure, elasticity, frame).
  • Music (1h)
    - Understanding macro musicality (structure, phrasing, energy).
    - Developing micro musicality (accents, textures, details).
  • Flow, Texture & Expression (1h)
    - Expanding and refining your texture vocabulary.
    - Understanding and applying contrast as a creative tool.
  • Application Lab (1h)
    - Guided improvisation and creative exploration.
    - How to build and articulate your own movement identity.
    - Final creative challenge integrating all concepts.

This is an intensive, concept-driven training aimed at intermediate and experienced dancers who want to go beyond steps, develop deeper body awareness, and refine their expressiveness during their dance. Places are limited to ensure focus, depth, and individual attention.
