These additional fields are not normally required by Pasito Dance School in order to participate in our regular classes.

3. Bookings and accounts through Bueno
Our class registrations, course purchases, subscriptions and bookings are managed through Bueno.nu.
When you register for a class, purchase a course or otherwise use Bueno to access our services, the information associated with your account and bookings is stored through the Bueno platform and made available to us where necessary to manage your participation.
We use this information for purposes such as:
Processing registrations and bookings
Managing class attendance
Managing memberships, subscriptions and course participation
Providing information about classes you have booked
Managing payments and transactions
Providing customer support
Maintaining appropriate business and financial records
Bueno may also process personal data in accordance with its own privacy terms and, where applicable, as a service provider acting on our behalf.
Payment processing may involve payment service providers integrated with or used by Bueno. These providers may process payment information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

We process personal data only when we have an appropriate reason to do so.

We process information necessary to register you for classes, manage your bookings and subscriptions, communicate relevant information about services you have purchased and otherwise provide the services you request from us.

We may use your contact information to communicate with you about your classes, bookings or participation at Pasito Dance School.
For example, students joining beginner courses may receive emails before their first classes with useful information or reminders, and may receive follow-up communication after the course.
Optional promotional communication
Where applicable, we may also send information about Pasito Dance School, upcoming courses, events or similar activities where you have agreed to receive such communications.
You can unsubscribe from our email communications using the unsubscribe option provided in our emails.
Please note that unsubscribing from our email list may also mean that you no longer receive optional class reminders or follow-up emails sent through the same mailing system.

5. WhatsApp Community and class groups
Pasito Dance School operates a WhatsApp Community containing optional groups for different classes and activities.
Joining these groups is completely voluntary.
We do not normally add students to class groups without their participation. Instead, students may receive an invitation link and choose whether they wish to join.
Class WhatsApp groups generally include students participating in the relevant class as well as their instructors. They are primarily used for:
Class-related announcements
Practical information
Video summaries of material taught during class
Relevant communication between teachers and students
When you join a WhatsApp group, certain information associated with your WhatsApp account, such as your name, profile information or telephone number, may be visible to other group members depending on WhatsApp’s functionality and your own privacy settings.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its use is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
We periodically review class groups and may remove people who are no longer participating in the relevant class. Students are also free to leave a group at any time.
Please be aware that messages, videos or other content previously shared in a WhatsApp group may remain on the devices or in the chat histories of other participants even after you leave or are removed from the group.
6. Class videos, photographs and social media
We regularly record short video summaries demonstrating material taught during our classes.
These videos are intended to show the instructors demonstrating the class content. However, because they may be recorded inside the studio, students may occasionally appear incidentally in the background or in mirrors.
We do not intentionally focus these class-summary recordings on students.
If you have a concern about appearing in a particular recording, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to address it.
From time to time, we may also take photographs or videos intended specifically for promotional purposes, such as our website, Instagram or other social media.
When students are intentionally identifiable in promotional photographs or videos, we ask for permission before using the material.
Participation in promotional photographs or videos is voluntary and is not required in order to attend our classes.
7. Website, analytics, advertising and cookies
Our website is built using WordPress and hosted by LizWeb.
We use certain third-party technologies to understand how our website is used and to promote Pasito Dance School, including:

9. How long we keep personal data
We do not intend to keep personal information for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Booking, membership and customer information may be retained while you are an active or recent customer and for a reasonable period afterwards where this is necessary for administration, customer support, resolving disputes or protecting our legitimate interests.
Information stored through external platforms such as Bueno may also be subject to the platform’s own retention procedures and settings.
WhatsApp group membership is reviewed periodically, and students who are no longer participating in the relevant classes may be removed.
Information required as part of our financial and tax administration, including relevant invoices and transaction records, is retained for the period required by Dutch law.
Where information is no longer necessary and there is no legal or legitimate reason to retain it, we will delete it or anonymise it where reasonably possible.

Our regular classes and services are currently primarily intended for adults.
We do not currently operate children’s dance programmes or intentionally collect personal information from children specifically for such programmes.
If Pasito Dance School offers services specifically aimed at children in the future, we may introduce additional privacy procedures and update this Privacy Policy where required.
Activities operated by independent organisations or schools that rent space from us are the responsibility of those organisations, including their own registration and privacy practices.
